I provide warm and effective therapy for anxiety, life transitions, relational stress, and more. I help clients build insight, resilience, and practical coping strategies and offer a supportive, collaborative space to heal and rebuild identity during life changes.

In our work together, we focus on addressing concerns before they grow deeper roots, as addressing issues that may have been present for a long time. I use a multifaceted, client-centered counseling approach that is tailored to individuals’ specific needs, unique personalities, and current situations. Together we will identify barriers to growth, explore inner dialogue, rewrite core beliefs, and process emotions and life experiences.

Together, we may explore patterns that no longer serve you, gain insight into the root causes of mental health concerns, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward meaningful and lasting change.

I help clients build insight and utilize their strengths in order to feel more capable of navigating life’s challenges. Through this process, many people find healing, improve relationships with others, and renew their sense of peace and agency in their lives.

You don’t have to carry everything alone. Therapy is a place for you to feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward with a renewed sense of hope.
